I just wanted to let you know that he passed away the day after Thanksgiving (November 28, 2004) after a long battle with puliminary fibrosis and lung cancer.  He had been suffering with fibrosis for almost 4 years when he was diagnoised with lung cancer. He had been considered for a lung transplant, but with the cancer he was taken off.  He put up a good fight, but gradually lost his will to continue life.
